We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Cloudflare Zaraz to understand how visitors use our site. Zaraz processes analytics server-side through Cloudflare's infrastructure before any data reaches Google, which means no Google scripts are loaded directly in your browser. Data collected includes pages visited, time on site, general geographic region (city/country level), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and anonymized — it is not linked to your identity.

Google Maps

Our site includes an embedded Google Map showing our store location. When you interact with the map, Google may collect data subject to Google's Privacy Policy. If you click “Get Directions,” your browser may request your current location — this only happens with your explicit permission and that location data is passed directly to Google Maps, not stored by us.

Server Logs

Like all web servers, ours automatically logs basic request data including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. These logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting. They are retained for 30 days and then purged.

2. Cookies

This website uses a minimal number of cookies:

• Analytics cookie (GA4): Set by Google Analytics via Cloudflare Zaraz to distinguish unique visitors. This cookie does not contain personally identifiable information.
• Admin session cookie: Set only when an authorized administrator logs into the Payload CMS admin panel at /admin. This cookie is not set for regular site visitors.
